Hi,
we're Weatherbird, we are a band that has been heavily influenced by grunge music
Our main influences are Nirvana, the vines, The Beatles, Sonic Youth, Pearl Jam , Arctic Monkeys , Kings of Leon , Tantrums , The Pixies and Foo fighters. Therefore we like very distorted guitars, melodic basslines, pounding drums, and powerful lyrics =} .
We are all 15 and we have been playing together for 5 years , because of our age we don't play many gigs :( , we do play at the wellington open mic and have recently got on to the college scene therefore regularly playing at the woodbridge inn and college events.
We previosly did a 10 hour recording session at Robannas Studios , Birmingham . And the recorded tracks can be bought for £4 off our album "Icon of Youth"
